The diamonds keep pouring out of the coalfields. The awesome Emelea made the trek to our studio from Clinchco where she’s a cheerleader for the Ervinton High Rebels.

Obviously Ponce de Leon was looking in the wrong place for the fountain of youth. It’s located in SW Virginia. DUH:)

It’s true, diamonds do come from coal! Megan is proof. She’s from Coburn (the heart of SW Virginia coal country).

And she’s after the MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA title and plans to bring it to Wise County. I pity those tidewater girls.
